You need to have intention.

Good intention. Intention that comes from your values.

In marketing the whole brand experience have to say one thing – your intention. This is what you can give to the world. With all the brand touchpoints you have to figure out a way to address your customers needs. You have to know what they want, where they want it and when.

Than, when you be there when they need you, they will be happy and grateful.

Be there for them.
